127 Dresses

On Saturday we had a wonderful Stake Relief Society Activity in Cheltenham. About a hundred women from our eight wards gathered together to sew our hearts out, making dresses for young girls in Africa. We had three styles– using pillowcases, adding a skirt to t-shirts and making simple dresses from scratch. Our ward worked on T-shirt dresses–all with a part to play, measuring and cutting, sewing, pinning, and ironing. ‘So fun to share the time together, serving, visiting and enjoying each other!  We love Relief Society and our sisters within it, all over the world!
